The petition has been filed to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the complaint given by the second respondent.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is in possession of the property and cultivating paddy in the same. He further submitted that the second respondent by using his caste name trying to take possession of the property from the petitioner with the help of the first respondent and also lodged a false complaint. Based on the said complaint, the first respondent is harassing the petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) has submitted that after the enquiry the petition has been closed with the direction that the parties should approach the Civil Court to get appropriate remedy.

4.Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
