ORDER

The petitioner a octogenarian complains that her right to property is interfered with by the respondents 3 to 5, who are obstructing the petitioner to fence her property.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent police.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has preferred a representation to the first and second respondents and as no action was taken on the same, the petitioner has preferred this present petition seeking protection.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there is some civil dispute outstanding between the private respondents and the petitioner and the petitioner has not furnished the entire details.

5. In such circumstances, the petitioner is now directed to

give a fresh representation to the second respondent with all necessary details, upon receiving which, the second respondent shall cause such necessary enquiry into the allegations of the petitioner to be made in the representation to be given and in the course of enquiry, if any material is required by the second respondent to take decision on the petitioner's representation to be given, the same may be conveyed to the petitioner.

6. With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
