This quash petition is filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.383 of 2014, on the file of the Sub-Inspector of Police, Devathanapatti Police Station, Theni District. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation in Crime No.383 of 2014, on the file of the 1st respondent has been completed and charge sheet has already been laid before the learned Sub-Court, Periyakulam Taluk, Theni District and the same was taken cognizance in S.C.No.162 of 2015 and hence, the prayer sought by the petitioner has become infructuous. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
