ORDER

The present petition is filed to direct the respondent to complete the trial and to file charge sheet before the Court of law in Crime No.49 of 2012 dated 08.03.2012.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation is underway and final report will be filed shortly.

3.In view of the statement made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court is inclined to direct the respondent police to file a final report before the concerned Magistrate within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
