ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) for the State and the learned counsel for the intervenor.

Initially, on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant, the respondent police registered a case in Crime No.52 of 2014 for the offence under Sections 294(b), 498(A) and 406 I.P.C against the petitioners herein. During the course of investigation by the respondent police, it came to light that the entire transactions had taken place in Avadi in the matrimonial home of the defacto complainant. Hence, the respondent police has transferred the case to All Women Police Station, Avadi by proceedings dated 30.09.2014.

3. under such circumstances, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to move the Principal Bench in Chennai.
