ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to sanction and pay 90% of his provident fund contribution lying in the credit of the petitioner's provident fund to meet out the marriage expenses of his younger daughter within a time frame. Cont.P(MD)No.177 of 2020 09.07.2019, disposed of the writ petition directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.06.2019 within two weeks. Alleging non compliance of the above order, this contempt petition has been filed. 2.Today, when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would produce the order passed by the respondent dated 24.08.2019 and stated that the order is complied with.

3.By the above said order dated 24.08.2019, the corporation has granted only Rs.60,000/- to the petitioner towards the loan from his PF Account citing financial crisis in the corporation. In the writ petition, this Court recording the limited relief sought for by the petitioner to dispose of his representation, has only directed the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation and to pass orders. Therefore, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 24.08.2019, he is at liberty to challenge the same in the manner known to law. Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed.
