This petition is filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.17 of 2014, on the file of the first respondent police.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that already the case in Crime No.17 of 2014, on the file of the first respondent police has been closed as Action Dropped on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

28.11.2015, before the concerned Court.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
