O R D E R

This petition is filed to direct the fourth respondent herein to withdraw the investigation pending on the file of the 6th respondent in Cr.No.901/14 registered initially under Section "Man Missing" and Subsequently altered into 364-A and 302 of IPC to any other competent officer of the 7th respondent for investigation in accordance with law.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation has been transferred to CBI and CBI has filed a final report and the trial is pending before the learned Principal District Judge, Madurai in S.C.No.91 of 2016.

3.Since the alleged crime is of the year 2014, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Principal District Judge, Madurai to complete the trial in S.C.No.91 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible.
