O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by V.BHARATHIDASAN, J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the wife of the detenu, namely, Prasanth, aged about 25 years, alleging that he is found missing from 21.01.2021. Since, the complaint given by the petitioner to respondent No.2 on 22.01.2020, did not evoke any response, she has come forward to file this Habeas Corpus Petition. 2.It appears that this Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed due to matrimonial dispute. Hence, the matter was referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre, attached to Kanyakumari District Court at Nagercoil, on 11.03.2021.

3.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has been settled before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre and both the petitioner and the detenu are living together happily. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
