R, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.16120 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.16675 of 2022, dated 22.12.2022.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed and the case has been taken on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi, and that, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

CRL MP(MD) No.2082 of 2023 3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.16120 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.16675 of 2022, dated 22.12.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi on 20.02.2023 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Trial Judge.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
