ORDER

The petitioner seeks police protection to the usage of bathway as he faces obstruct and objection to the same from the fourth respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner is pending in CSR No.164 of 2019, dated 27.02.2019 and that is being enquired into. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In such circumstances, the third respondent is directed to

cause such necessary enquiry in the said complaint, only if the said complaint possesses any criminal overtone, the third respondent is directed to take such appropriate decision as may be necessary to meet the ends of justice. The entire procedure must be strictly in accordance with law.

5. With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
