This criminal original petition has been filed to direct R2 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and her family members based on the Representation, dated 05.07.2023. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the representation of the petitioner was already considered and the same was closed, since it is a civil dispute between the parties. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication. 3.Since the prayer of the petitioner is to consider her representation and the same was closed by the respondent police, no further order is required to be passed. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
