This issue has been filed for Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to pass an order to execute the warrant which is pending on the file of 4th respondent issued by the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kumbakonam in STC No.50 of 2025 dated 30.07.2025.

2. Heard Mr.T.J.Ebenezer Charles, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.S.Abul Kalaam Azad, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police and perused the material documents available on record.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent police is directed to consider the petitioner's prayer within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
