ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondents to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 02.09.2014.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The sum and substance of the complaint of the petitioner is that the proposed accused trespassed into the petitioner's land with deadly weapons and started to damage the fencing being built to cover the substation of the petitioner and they have also beaten the petitioner. As there was no case registered on the said complaint, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that there is a statement by the petitioner himself that no further action is required as the fence has already been put up. Recording the said statement, the complaint has been closed. 5.Further a copy of the closure report has been served on the learned counsel for the petitioner. It is open to the petitioner to take further action in accordance with law, based on the closure report.
