O R D E R

This petition is filed for quashing the charge sheet filed in S.C.No.76 of 2010 and pending enquiry on the file of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dindigul in respect of the petitioner.

2.The charge sheet clearly indicate that the petitioner has committed the alleged offences punishable under Section 307 I.P.C. No legal ground is submitted before this Court to quash the proceedings. Since specific allegations are made in the charge sheet and the charge sheet is also based on the records, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. The petitioner, without making any legal ground for entertaining this petition, seeks indulgence of this Court to grant order of stay of the proceedings. Having regard to the nature of allegations and the ground on which the petitioner has approached this Court for quashing the charge sheet, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with a cost of Rs.1,000/- (Rupee one thousand only) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

payable to the credit of the Chief Justice Relief Fund within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.

3.Post the matter for compliance after two weeks from the date of issuance of order copy.
