ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A1 apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under sections 408 and 420 of IPC, in Crime No.1207 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.According to the de-facto complainant that he is the owner of one Saravana Agency and the petitioner is working under him along with the other accused, had misappropriated the amount by cheating him.
3.The petitioner was already granted anticipatory bail by this court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.21541 of 2013, dated 29.11.2013 and the anticipatory bail granted to him was cancelled by this court in M.P. (MD)No.1 of 2014 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.21541 of 2013, dated 09.09.2014. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to communication gap between the petitioner and his earlier counsel, the earlier order of this court could not be complied with and hence, this application can be considered now. 5.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.

anticipatory bail petition. Hence, this petition is dismissed with a direction to the petitioner to surrender before the court concerned and in the event of surrender, the court concerned may consider the application of the petitioner on the same day on merits and in accordance with law.
