ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the second respondent to register a case, based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 22.12.2017. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner's father is trying to dispose of the properties and when the same was questioned by the petitioner, his father, harassed the petitioner by using filthy words and hence a complaint has been given, but, sofar no action has been taken. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the complaint was received by post on 22.12.2017 and thereafter the petitioner was called upon for enquiry, but he did not appear and hence the complaint is still pending for enquiry. 4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent on 24.01.2018 and on such appearance, the second respondent has to conduct the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, then he https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

has to register a case and proceed further in accordance with law. In case, the petitioner not appeared on the date, it is open to the second respondent to drop further proceedings. 5.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
