ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the second respondent to register a case, based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 15.11.2017. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that on 15.11.2017, the proposed accused persons attacked the petitioner with deadly weapons and with regard to same, a complaint was sent to the second respondent, sofar no action has been taken.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the petitioner has sent a complaint by post and the same was received on 11.12.2017 and the enquiry is still pending. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to enquire the matter and if the enquiry reveals any

cognizable offence, then he has to register a case and proceed further in accordance with law.

5.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
