3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side). 4.Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the order dated 08.09.2015 is modified as follows: "When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instruction would submit that the petitioners are not arrayed as accused in this case in Crime No.313 of 2015, as on date". Registry is directed to carry out the necessary corrections and issue fresh order copy.
