Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner wants his name to be removed from the history sheet maintained by the second respondent. It is fairly submitted by the respondents that for the last 3 years, the petitioner has not come under any adverse notice of the respondents. 3. Taking into consideration this factual position, the respondents are directed to delete the name of the petitioner from the history sheet list maintained by the second respondent. This Writ Petition is allowed. No costs.
