O.P.(MD). No.16212 of 2019:- This Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 of Code of Criminal proceedure, Calling for records in CC No.491 / 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial magistrate No.1, Tirunelveli and quash the same.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. C. Saravanakumar, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mrs. S. Bharathi, Government Advocate(Crl Side) for the respondents, this Court made the following order: Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent.

2. This Court by its order dated 07.11.2019, imposed certain condition on the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the credit of the Chief Justice Relief Fund (Payable in Accounts Section of the High Court Registry).

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks further period of one week time to deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD). No.1096 of 2020 the credit of Chief Justice Relief Fund (Payable in Accounts Section of the High Court Registry).

4. In view of the above submission, this petition is ordered and time is extended for further period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
