ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the second respondent, not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry, based on the complaint given by the wife of the petitioner.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that due to family quarrel, the petitioner's wife gave a false complaint before the second respondent and based on that the second respondent is frequently calling the petitioner and harass him.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint an enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed and hence the question of harassing the petitioner does not arise.
