Respondent PRAYER : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, Calling for the entire records relating to the impugned letter issued by the respondent, dated 30-09-2019, in Na.Ka.No.3938/2019/B3 and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to disburse the entire retirement monetary benefits with 18 percent interest from the date of retirement i.e. on 30-04-2018 within a stipulated time as thay may be fixed by this Honourable Court.
