[Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE] Alleging non compliance of the order made in W.P(MD)No.23873 of 2022, dated 17.10.2022, this contempt petition is filed.

When the contempt petition was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the contemnors by producing the proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 02.02.2023, submitted that after issuing show cause notice under Section 7 of the Land Encroachment Act, 1905 and considering the objections of the encroachers, now the eviction notice under Section 6 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905 has been issued.

3. Since the eviction notice under Section 6 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905 has been issued to remove the encroachment in the place in question, we find that the order made in W.P(MD)No.23873 of 2022, dated 17.10.2022 is complied with.
