ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to conduct peace committee with regard to Idaiyar Madam situate at S.No.707, Ward No.1, West Car Street, Palani Town, Palani, Dindigul District.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police, a peace Committee was conducted and the parties were directed to approach the competent Civil Court for seeking appropriate remedy. 2/4
3. Since the O.S.No.295 of 2025 Additional Judicial Magistrate, Palani, is already pending between the parties, the parties are directed workout their remedy in the pending suit.
4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
