ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the second respondent to register a case, based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 08.08.2017. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that since the petitioner's husband and his family members harassing the petitioner by demanding dowry, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 08.08.2017, but sofar no action has been taken.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint an enquiry has been conducted and during the enquiry the petitioner gave a written statement stating that she is willing to live with her husband and requested the second respondent not to take any further action on the complaint and hence the complaint has been closed.

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
