PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.38/2025. on the file of the Respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner / Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for offences under Sections 305(e) of BNS, Order - 19(c), (I) 19(c),(ii) and 19(c), (iii) of the Fertilizer Control Order, 1985 in Crime No.38 of 2025 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.
