The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to withdraw and transfer the investigation of the case registered in Crime No.73 of 2021 dated 28.04.2021 on the file of the third respondent to the fourth respondent in accordance with law.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the entire investigation is now completed and the medical report is awaited. 3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the transfer of investigation cannot be considered. However, the third respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
