This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the accused No.1, to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.16 of 2013, under Sections 498 A and 506(i) I.P.C., 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that already the case was taken on file in C.C.No.46 of 2014, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilokottai and after full trial, the case was disposed of and the accused were acquitted on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 27.03.2017. Hence, this petition has become infructuous.
3.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
