ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the respondents to register a case, based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 17.11.2017. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that a TASMAC shop is running in the petitioner's building. He further submitted that the local M.L.A is demanding of Rs.15,00,000/- from the petitioner and threatened that unless the said amount is paid, he will not permit the petitioner to run the TASMAC shop in his building and also criminally intimidated the petitioner and hence the petitioner gave a complaint on 17.11.2017 to the second respondent, but sofar no action has been taken. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that since public raised objections for running a liquor shop in that area, a peace Committee Meeting was convened and as per the decision taken in the said meeting, the said shop has been shifted to some other place. He further submitted that as on date, there is no tension prevails in that area and hence, the complaint has been closed.

other remedy, which is available under the law. 5.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
