ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the second and third respondents and their officials not to harass the petitioner and his family members in the guise of enquiry on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 21.01.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the respondents are searching one Anand, who is a history sheeter; that the said Anand is a close relative of the petitioner, that is why the respondents went to the house of the petitioner and that they have not harassed the petitioner and his family members. 2/4

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
