This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 29.01.2021 and for a consequential direction to the respondent to extend the lease period for further 5 months by considering the representation dated 11.01.2021.

2. Considering the nature of the relief that has been sought for in this Writ Petition, nothing may survive in this Writ Petition, since the petitioner has sought for extension of lease period for 5 months in the year 2021.
