ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the defacto complainant to cancel the bail granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5175 of 2025, dated 09.05.2025 to the 2nd respondent / 2nd accused, in connection with the Crime No.5 of 2024 on the file of the 1st respondent police, pending trial in Special S.C.No.75 of 2024 on the file of the learned Special Courts for Exclusive Trial of cases under the POCSO Act, Thanjavur.
2. The grounds raised in the cancellation of bail application is that the accused has parked the car opposite to the victim's house, but, this Court had directed the petitioner not to enter the street. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is using the other road and he is not entering the street. The same is recorded. Therefore, the accused is directed to park the vehicle in the other road and not in the street and therefore, the ground raised in the cancellation of bail cannot be considered and the same is rejected. Special S.C.No.75 of 2024 is pending, the trial Court is directed to complete the trial within a period of 3(three) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
