The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side), on instructions from the respondent police, submitted that on the compliant given by the de facto complainant, the case has been transferred to the Inspector of Police, Tenkasi, where a case in Crime No.376 of 2014 has been registered for offences under Sections 294(b), 420 and 506(ii) IPC.

4. In such circumstances, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh application showing the above crime number and police station.
