Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to condone the delay of 917 days in filing the civil revision petition against fair and decreetal order dated 05/04/2013 made in IA.No.36 of 2012 in AS.No.5 of 2011 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Uthamapalayam.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. T.ANTONY ARUL RAJ, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. There is no representation of behalf of the respondents on the earlier occasion and even today also, there is no representation.

2. Even though the delay is on the higher side, to meet the ends of justice, the delay of 917 days is condoned and this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.2,000/-(Rupees Two Thousand only) to the Legal Aid Service Authority, attached to this Bench, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall automatically be dismissed without further reference to this Court.
