ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble G.r.swaminathan J.) The plaintiffs in O.S.No.94 of 2013 on the file Additional District Judge (Fast Track Court), Palani, Dindigul District filed I.A.No.152 of 2014 to implead the petitioners in 1/3

C.M.P.(MD)No.6591 of 2021. In the said IA, the petitioners herein marked certain documents (Ex.R1 to Ex.R37). The suit eventually came to be dismissed on 03.04.2018. Challenging the same, the plaintiffs have filed this appeal. In this appeal, the civil miscellaneous petition has been filed for return of the documents marked by the petitioners herein in I.A.No.152 of 2014.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that those documents are available before this Court. Since the petitioners are only seeking return of the documents marked by them and since they were not impleaded, no exception can be taken to the request made by them. The Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to return all the documents (Ex.R1 to Ex.R37) in I.A.No.152 of 2014 in O.S.No.94 of 2013 to the learned counsel for the petitioners after the same are duly substituted by authenticated true copies. sd/- 04/04/2025 / TRUE COPY / /04/2025 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.-I/ II /III/ IV) Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai - 625 023.
