ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the second respondent, to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 11.12.2017. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the proposed accused, namely, V.Rajamohamed, borrowed a sum of Rs.16,000/- from the petitioner's husband for purchasing an Auto and when the petitioner's husband demanding to repay the said amount, the proposed accused is criminally intimidated the petitioner's husband and also threatening by Cell Phone and hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 11.12.2017, but so far no case has been registered. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the dispute is with regard to money transaction and hence, the competent authority to enquire the said complaint, is the Inspector of Police (Law and Order), Tallakulam Police Station, Madurai. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to forward the petitioner's complaint to the Inspector of Police (Law and Order), Tallakulam Police Station, Madurai and on receipt of the said complaint, the said Inspector of Police has to conduct the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, then he has to register a case and proceed in accordance with law.

5.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
