ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondents to provide necessary police protection for the petitioner and his family members based upon the complaint given by the petitioner on 26.11.2019.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.870 of 2019. He would further submit that the petitioner and the counter-parties were called for the enquiry and during enquiry, the parties have compromised the matter themselves and the petitioner also gave a letter stating that no further action is required and the counterhttps://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1819 of 2020 parties also undertaken not to interfere with the petitioner. Recording the same, enquiry had been closed.
