Pursuant to the direction of this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.952 of 2025, dated 26.09.2025, the learned counsel for the petitioner has paid the cost of Rs.3,000/- and filed a copy of the cost memo to that effect.

2. The said memo is recorded and the delay is condoned. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the matter in the usual course.
