ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the second respondent, to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 02.11.2017. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that one of the brothers of the petitioner has claimed to be Administrator of the Estate of the deceased petitioner's father through Letters of Administration issued on 07.10.1960 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

also executed a sale and purchase agreement dated 06.08.1963 and based on the said agreement the property was sold on 18.03.2015. He further submitted that a complaint with regard to aforesaid acts has been sent to the respondents on 02.11.2017, but, so far no enquiry has been conducted and the case has not been registered.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint an enquiry has been conducted and it was closed, as it is relating to Civil dispute and the property is situated in Malaysia and the same has been communicated to the petitioner, through a Registered Post on 08.12.2017 itself.

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. It is open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy available under the law.
