Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to appoint the Petitioner as Sanitary Worker in Adi Dravidar and Schedule Tribe Welfare Hostel and Residential School, Trichy Under the control of the 4th respondent on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 05.11.2021 within time frame stipulated by this Honble Court. The writ petition has been filed seeking for a mandamus to the respondents to appoint the petitioner as Sanitary Worker in Adi Dravidar and Schedule Tribe Welfare Hostel and Residential School at Tiruchirappalli, functioning under the control of the fourth respondent by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 05.11.2021.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has already submitted a representation dated 05.11.2021 before the respondents 3 and
4. However, the said representation has not been considered by the 2/4
respondents till date. He further submitted that the second respondent is the competent authority to consider the representation of the petitioner.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the fourth respondent is directed to forward the said representation dated 05.11.2021 to the second respondent, who in turn shall consider the same and pass an appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On the other hand, if any orders are passed on consideration of the petitioner's representation dated 05.11.2021 earlier, the same shall be communicated to the petitioner.
4. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above directions. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
