O R D E R

Heard Mr.A.Saravanan, learned Counsel for Revision Petitioner and Mr.Vaikkam Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate for Respondent.

2. This is the second petition seeking relaxation of condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 12.09.2025 in Crl.M.P.(MD)No. 12317 of 2025 in Crl.RC(MD)No.809 of 2025, wherein this Court directed the petitioner to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kumbakonam, once in a month ie., on the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m., commencing from October 2025, until further orders.

3. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the trial has commenced and is posted on 13.02.2026. He further submits that the trial having already commenced, the above condition may no longer be necessary inasmuch as Petitioner would have to appear during trial and therefore would request that the above condition be relaxed. 2/4

4. Learned Government Advocate for Respondent would submit that Petitioner may be directed to appear before the Trial Court on all hearing dates and the same was agreed to by learned Counsel for Petitioner.

5. In view thereof, Petitioner is directed to co-operate with the proceedings and appear before the Trial Court on all hearing dates.

6. This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of accordingly.
