O R D E R

This petition is filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.60 of 2016.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent has registered a case in Crime No.60 of 2016, on 05.08.2016, for the offences under Sections 147, 448, 427, 406, 420 and 379 of IPC, but, so far investigation has not been completed and final report also not filed and hence, he is requesting this Court to direct the respondent to file a final report at the earliest.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that after investigation the case has been referred as "Mistake of Fact" and the report also has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai, on 05.11.2017.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, by way of reply, submitted that so far, the petitioner has not received any notice, with regard to filing of the referred charge sheet. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Hence, the respondent is directed to send a notice to the petitioner by RPAD, with regard to the filing of referred charge sheet, within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
