ORDER

This criminal original petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of the police complaint against the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the second respondent is harassing the petitioner presumably at the instance of the third respondent.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the the third respondent has preferred a complaint, which was enquired and the matter was closed on 29.12.2018. There is no harassment at any point of time by the second respondent.

5. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner further submitted that there are civil suits pending in A.S.No.68,69 and 70

of 2017 on the file of the Sub Court, Thirumangalam.

6. Inasmuch as no complaint is pending against the petitioners for the present and since the learned Additional Public Prosecutor made a statement that the second respondent is neither harassing the petitioner nor intended to harass him, nothing needs to be done more. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is closed.
