Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to grant appointment on compassionate grounds to the petitioner on the basis of petitioners Higher Secondary Eductional 1/3

and Computer qualifications considering the petitioners applications dt 10.12.2013 and 14.08.2018 within a time limit to be fixed by this Court.
