ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that after the enquiry the matter has been referred as Mistake of Fact in view of the compromise reached between the petitioner and the defacto complainant. 2.In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this case. Hence, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed as unnecessary.
