ORDER

This petition is filed to expedite the investigation in Cr.No.80 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in this case is closed and the final report indicating that the allegation made in the FIR is a mistake of fact was laid before the Court on 01.04.2015.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner made a statement that the referred charge sheet was not served on him and he was not intimated about this by the concerned Magistrate.

5. The above said statement of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded. Now, the petitioner is directed to approach the concerned Magistrate Court to work out his remedies as per law. In the meantime, the respondent police is also directed to serve a copy of the closure report on the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
