1.Chitra 2.Minor Dhanya Shree ..Respondents/Petitioners Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to call for the records pertaining to the impugned proceedings in M.C.NO.3295 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul and to quash same. Order: This petition coming on for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon perusing the order dt.29.04.2015 made in Crl.O.P(MD). No.17225/2014 and also perusing Letter No.D.No.3420 dt.23.11.2015 from Judicial Magistrate II, Dindigul and in the presence of Mr.M.R.Sreenivasan Advocate for petitioner and Mr.D.Selvaraj Advocate for the respondents, this Court made the following order:

The JM No.II, Dindigul sought further extension of two months time to dispose of the case in M.C.No.3295 of 2014. 2.Time is extended for further period of two months, with a direction to the JM No.II, Dindigul to conduct the trial of the case on day today basis and the case shall not be adjourned beyond two working days at any point of time.
