ORDER

The petitioner claims that she purchased a piece of property in 2017 and she attempted to put up a construction after obtaining necessary permission from the planning authorities. But, the respondents 3 and 4 are interfering and they have also filed O.S.No.369 of 2017 against the petitioner for bare injunction.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has moved this Court seeking police protection and this Court has also granted liberty to the petitioner to approach the police as and when the need arises.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that both the parties have filed separate complaints against each other and both cases were registered based on their complaints and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

investigation is underway.

5. If the petitioner now really holds any threat perception to her life, liberty and right to property, she is at liberty to move the investigating agency and the investigating agency shall hold an enquiry on the same irrespective of the FIRs that are pending against her and her family members for the limited purpose of ascertaining the threat perception of the petitioner to her life, liberty and right to the property and take such appropriate decision to secure the same to the petitioner. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
