DECREE:- This Second Appeal coming on for hearing under the provisions of Rule II of Order XLI of Schedule I of the Code of Civil Procedure 1908, upon perusing the Grounds of Appeal and the judgments and decrees of the Lower Appellate Court and the Court of First Instance and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. P. Santhoshkumar, Advocate for the Appeallant and of Mr. S. Balasubramanian, Advocate for the respondent; as directed by this Court the appellant has filed an undertaking affidavit dated 23.02.2020 in Sr.No.5107; and undertake to vacate the premises on or before 01/09/2020; it is ordered and decreed that this Second Appeal be and hearby is dismissed without being admitted.

(1) That the Appellant be and hereby is granted six months time to vacate and hand over the possession.and

(2) That there be no costs in this Appeal.
